Job Summary:

Assists in rendering architectural services across the full range including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding/negotiation and construction administration in support of and under the guidance of licensed architects. Work collaboratively with design team to develop concepts and create designs for new projects, alterations and redevelopments. Salary commensurate with experience and skills. Competitive benefits package.

 

Essential Functions:

Design: Programming, Site Analysis, Schematic Design, Building Cost Estimating, Code Research, Design Development, Construction Documents, Specifications and Materials Research.

Management: Task and project management on small projects.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:

- Revit skills preferred; Photoshop, Indesign a plus

- Strong graphics ability a plus

 

Education/Experience:

- 0 to 5 years experience preferred, not required

- College degree required

- Profressional degree preferred

- Construction related experience preferred over other work experience

- Portfolio required

- References required
