Collamer Crossings Office Building

Building Development

QPK was the Architect of Record for a 25,000 SF, one-story office building.  The project included programming, planning and interior design services for Northwestern Mutual.

Access to the site is via a central access drive.  A ½ acre retention pond accents the entry to the buildings with a water feature and a gazebo for tenants’ use.  Visitor and handicap parking are directly in front of the entrances.  A majority of the parking is at the rear of the site, screened by trees on three sides.

Project was recognized with the Town of Dewitt's 2011 Parratt-Schick Award of Excellence
