QPK Design provided architectural design and project management services for a $29.6M design/build contract to design three (3) Company Operations Facilities of varying sizes (i.e. a 2-company facility of 28,926 SF, a 3-company facility of 42,532 SF, and a 6-company facility of 86,009 SF) and all associated site development. Each building houses administration spaces, readiness modules, equipment storage, support modules and support facilities.

As Designer of Record, QPK was responsible for developing architectural systems and producing construction documents; coordinating all design consultants’ work; managing design submittal schedule; maintaining design quality control; and reviewing construction progress.

Antiterrorism/force protection measures included special windows, doors, door frames and site measures. The project was also designed to achieve LEED® Silver.
