QPK Design is Design Architect and Architect of Record for The Marshall, a 170,500 SF new mixed-use residential/retail development serving the Syracuse University community. Building program includes a ground floor with centrally-located residential lobby and 19,000 SF of retail space; living levels located on floors 2 through 8 housing a mix of studio, 1-, 2- and 4-bedroom loft-style apartment units (168 units / 287 beds); a basement level (10,800 SF) containing study rooms, gathering room, fitness room, laundry room, and building storage; and roof terrace giving tenants the ability to enjoy a 1,600 SF outdoor space.

The Marshall is currently under construction and scheduled to open in the Fall of 2018.
