Bellevue Country Club Master Plan

When Bellevue embarked upon a Centennial Capital Campaign, QPK provided master planning for proposed clubhouse and course improvement goals in response to their member survey. Facility enhancements derived from the member survey:

• Improve/ upgrade member entry experience and add exterior canopy.

• Enhance the dining experience with improved aesthetics and added lounge area adjacent to the fireplace.

• Segregate Dining Area from Bar Room noise and cross traffic;

• Update Bar Room finishes and furnishings for a Pub-like atmosphere;

• Separate member circulation from kitchen prep area; and relocate men’s room.

• Enlarge fitness center and provide natural light, achieve in proposed relocation to the existing Grille Room

• Showcase Training Center to communicate special programs.

• Increase Training & Spa area and add private treatment rooms accessed directly from locker rooms;

• Reconfigure and renovate locker rooms.

• Outdoor enhancements to accommodate additional special functions, dining and lounge capacity; add trellis for filtered shade; add fire pit and lounge furnishings; construct remote structure for bad/bar/tournament sign-in; and relocate/improve practice putting green.
