Staybridge Suites

QPK designed this 86,863 SF customized Staybridge Suites extended stay hotel complete with a fitness center, breakfast buffet, meeting spaces and 123 guest rooms with full kitchens. The Staybridge is nestled behind the Holiday Inn and designed with an enclosed connection corridor to the existing hotel and pool areas.

Total project site development included a micro-pool extended stormwater treatment pond, complete landscape renovations involving extensive planting design, site grading, parking layout design, and overall improvements to existing site amenities.

Specific to this project, new amenities included a full outdoor courtyard with extensive pedestrian pathways, a half basketball court and gazebo. QPK Design also championed a reduction in paved areas and subsequent storm detention by justifying common/shared parking to reduce overall town parking requirements.
