Widewaters and Pyramid Interior

QPK provided planning and design services to relocate Wide Waters Headquarters to one of their new multi-tenant office buildings in East Syracuse.  Wide Waters was ready for an update from their prior formal aesthetic of mahogany lined walls and enclosed spaces desiring a transformation to a contemporary, open and invigorating environment. The program consisted of private offices with areas of open plan workstations, collaboration areas, training and meeting spaces.   Strategic placement of program elements allows for an abundance of natural light and views to all.  The primary partition system reinforced both openness and opportunity to showcase the company’s portfolio through the system’s changeable paneled graphics.  Wood accent walls add warmth and balance to the cool blue and grey color scheme. Ceiling remained open to the structure along circulation paths and above internal office clusters to maximize the height and open feel of space.
