City Station East, College Suites

City Station East is the third phase of construction stemming from QPK’s master plan for the Congress-Ferry Street Corridor Redevelopment Project. It is a residential/retail building adjacent to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s (RPI) with an associated 2-level, 244 car parking structure. Built as off-campus graduate housing exclusively for RPI, the 2- 3- and 4-person apartments provide single-occupancy bedrooms, each with a private bath. It supplements two prior housing installations for RPI graduate programs.

The 157-bed student housing community features fully furnished apartments with laundry and kitchen facilities in each unit. A generously- sized gathering area on the first floor has a contemporary flair suited to students with multiple TVs, a pool table and vending. The nearby parking provides an added attraction with direct access into the mixed-use facility.
