City Station South, College Suites

In continuing the Congress-Ferry Street Corridor Redevelopment Project, City Station South is the second project, after the City Station West single-student housing, to have been constructed following QPK’s development master plan. Designed Exclusively for Rensselaer scholars, graduate level and above, the building provides housing and amenities to serve students with families, commonly referred to as “married student” or “family” housing.

The apartments are configured in 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with private baths for each bedroom and appropriately sized kitchens / dining/living rooms. The common areas include a community room with a full kitchen, two TV lounge areas, and an outdoor community patio and playground area.
