QPK Design is Design Architect and Architect-of-Record for this new mixed-use residential/retail development serving the Syracuse University community. Building program includes a ground floor with centrally-located residential lobby and 10,000 SF retail space; living levels located on floors 2 through 8 housing a mix of studio, 1-, 2- and 4-bedroom loft-style apartment units (167 units / 287 beds); a basement level (13,700 SF) containing study rooms, gathering room, fitness room, laundry room, and building storage.
