Northeast Christian Conference Center Master Plan

This development proposal envisions a dynamic regional retreat center in Central New York with conferencing and entertainment for 6,000 people in 5 venues. The proposed hotel and conference center would serve 3,000. Additionally, a 1,000-person recreation/events center and 1,200 seat stadium would accommodate a range of activities from musical performances to a variety of indoor athletic events.

A 10-acre lake and beach house serving 400 would be complemented with a 500-person amphitheater. A multitude of outdoor recreational facilities will augment the proposed complex including a multi-use artificial turf field stadium/ grandstand/ press box, three multi-use natural turf fields, basketball and volleyball courts, playgrounds, swimming pool, ropes course, sledding hill, and nature/hiking trails.
