The Link at Hage House / The Kelberman Center

The Link at Sunset is a new 4-story mixed-use building containing 60 affordable residential units: 50 one- and 10 two-bedroom apartments and office/services space for the Kelberman Center, a local not-for-profit who assists individuals and families with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.

Architectural elements and building design reflect the progressive image of The Kelberman Center. The architecture incorporates strategies to visually reduce the mass of the building by articulating materials / colors in vertical segments. Exterior sheathing of clapboard, stone and vintage wood harken to materials used in the adjacent homes and structures, creating a residential appearance, compatible with surrounding neighborhood.
